The Big Cover Up

Floor level, plumbing repaired (what a mess), added duct work for dryer vent, electrical repaired. Now plywood can finally be installed. It's been a balance beam act walking the joist and a flat surface will be very welcome.

After a slow early Spring the creative sap flows again.

Working through ideas of how to spruce up this 25 year old bathroom in the Fan District it was decided to take it all down. Tub had a manufactures date of 1984.

The shower/steam room through that door will be converted into a washer/dryer stack and linen closet. This gets the Landry out of the basement and 3 floors upstairs in the living space

The sink doesn't move but all the water feed plumbing will be replaced. It's outlaw plastic.
