On The Level

The multiple levels that made walking through this room like skipping rope have been smoothed out like a fresh made bed. Next up on this quick little job will be Charles Jones. He'll make short work of the finish flooring install.

Robert Pfeiffer of Pfeiffer Drywall and Plaster has been helping me out with patching and finishing walls for over 15 years on my renovation projects and is also damn handy with the carpentry. Park Avenue Too

After removing the T&G flooring we found the the old sub-floor wouldn't lend itself well to patching and had to be replaced with 3/4" plywood. The new finish floor will go down much better now and should be as flat as 100 year old floor joists will allow.
