Park Ave. Reclaiming Grandeur

Typical Fan story, during the late 40's and into the 70's Beautiful single family homes were cut up into apartments for various reasons. The one common denominator was however always money. Money is still the motivation today but but with the repeal of the capital gains tax on primary residences it makes it very profitable to restore and live in one of these grand old homes.
I've been on this project since October and now is the big push to finish phase one.
